Girls of the Sun (2018)

French journalist arrives in Kurdistan, where she will cover the struggle of the women's battalion for the liberation of their hometown. The women’s head is a former lawyer whose terrorists killed her husband and kidnapped her son. Many women from the battalion were captives of militants, not all survived.
