Child's Play (2019)

Child's Play is an upcoming American slasher film directed by Lars Klevberg and written by Tyler Burton Smith. It is the eight installment in the Child's Play franchise, the first installment in the reboot series, and a reboot of the 1988 film of the same name. It stars Gabriel Bateman, Aubrey Plaza and Brian Tyree Henry, and is produced by Seth Grahame-Smith and David Katzenberg. The film is scheduled to be released in the United States on June 21, 2019.
