I Am Mother (2018)

In the story the world was destroyed by an epidemic. The robot hiding in the bunker finds the opportunity to raise a human child in safety. One day, a woman breaks out to them, telling an older girl that there are survivors among people, and you can't trust robots. But the mother-robot, whatever her motives, would not agree to release her daughter into the world of people without a fight.
