I Want to Eat Your Pancreas (2018)

One fine day, a high school student finds someone's personal diary, signed as the “Disease Diary”. It soon turns out that this diary belongs to Sakura Yamauchi, the classmate of the main character. After reading it, Haruki learns that the girl suffers from a deadly disease - pancreatic cancer. To support her in this difficult situation, the young man decides to make friends with Sakura, despite their completely different characters.
