An Elephant Sitting Still (2018)

The main character is a teenager Bu, a bully and a rebel, because of which another guy, Shuai, died.  Now Bu is afraid of revenge from the elder brother of his victim and decides to flee to Manzhuli.  From his depressed area to the coveted Manzhuli buses, and still there lives an elephant.
“The Elephant Is Sitting Calmly” is a cinematic debut and, at the same time, the latest film by a young Chinese director Hu Bo, who committed suicide at the age of 29 in 2017.
