A Ciambra (2017)
Pio Amato lives in a small Gypsy community in Calabria and desperately tries to look like an adult. In the 14th boy, he drinks, smokes and is one of the few people who are acting painlessly among the communities in the region: Italian refugees, Africans and his Romanians. He followed his bigger brother Cosimo everywhere, giving his survival skills to the streets of his native city. But once Cosimo disappears and everything for Pio changes. In an attempt to prove he is ready to take the place of a bigger brother, the boy will face a choice that will cast doubt on his desire to become a man.
