Cut Throat City (2020)

Four of New Orleans' best friends discover that their usual home was destroyed by the infamous Hurricane Katrina in 2005. At the same time, their hopes of finding a job are crumbling. The heroes are hired by the local gangster, who instructs them to rob a casino in the city center.
