Monsters of Man (2020)

In the remote jungles of Cambodia, the CIA conducts unauthorized tests of artificially intelligent combat robots created by a private company. By shooting a gang of armed drug traffickers, the androids also destroy the villagers, who are inadvertently witnessed by a former sailor who lives there and a group of American medical students who participate in a volunteer program. They manage to escape into the jungle with almost no losses, but the CIA needs no witnesses.
