Ghosts of War (2020)

Five American soldiers are tasked with guarding the French castle, where the Nazi command was previously located. But inside the castle walls they face something even more terrible than all the horrors of battle. A horror war with intriguing twists from the director and screenwriter of The Butterfly Effect, Eric Bress. Hollywood star Billy Zane ("Titanic", "Ghost"), who also produced the film, starred in one of the unexpected roles.

Five heroes - five soldiers of World War II - at the end of the war, thought they had already seen everything. But it seems that the nightmare has no limit. Their group is tasked with guarding an important facility in France - a large and luxurious mansion, from which the Nazi headquarters was removed. In this empty building, where evil itself has recently led, the soldiers discover an occult pentagram, the diary of a German soldier and the supernatural presence of someone. Looking at the German's records, the heroes learn about the fate of the former inhabitants of the house - a married couple with children who housed Jewish refugees. And the fate of the whole family was monstrous. After invading the mansion, the Nazis dealt with the owners with great cruelty, but now the walls preserve the memory of these events. Inattentive "guests" must find a way to calm the ghosts of war, if possible.
