Hubie Halloween (2020)

Salem resident Hubie Dubois is a crazy good and a big fan of Halloween, as well as an eternal object of ridicule for adults and children. Every year, at the beginning of his favorite holiday, Hubie, with all his usual civic responsibility, monitors order in the city, and the police no longer know how to get rid of the constant reports of this conscientious citizen.
