Chaos Walking (2021)

Young Todd Hewitt lives with his adoptive parents Ben and Killian (men, because all women were killed by an unknown germ) in Prenticestown, a New World city on a planet colonized by earthlings. In Prenticestown, everyone hears the thoughts of others through what is called noise - a flow of images, words and sounds that leave no private secrets. One day, Todd discovers a place of absolute peace and also encounters a miracle never seen before by him - a living girl.
