The screen version of Gerrard Conley's memoirs - the son of a conservative baptist pastor who, as a teenager, discovers homosexuality. At the insistence of his parents, Gerrard agrees to undergo "corrective" therapy, not to lose his loved ones, his faith and his position in society.
