The Hill (2023)

The plot of the film is based on the real facts of the biography of Rick Hill (Colin Ford). The father of the protagonist of the picture is the itinerant pastor James Hill (Dennis Quaid). The young man lives in a small town and has a unique, phenomenal gift as a baseball player. Rick has a cherished dream - he wants to realize his gift by regularly taking the field at the professional level. The fulfillment of a natural desire is seriously hampered by a difficult relationship with his father, constant concern for his health and, most importantly, his own visible physical disabilities. Throughout the film, the hero repeatedly tries to overcome all obstacles on the way to his cherished goal.
