The Open House (2018)

After the death of her husband, Naomi and her son Logan are left without a livelihood, and the woman's sister invites them to live in her huge mansion in the middle of the forest. The house is for sale, so new tenants should periodically leave keys and house to realtors for a whole day. Mourning for the loss, the mother and her son try not to pay attention to some oddity of the home, which can soon come to them sideways.
