Spinning Man (2018)

Evan Birch is a family man and professor of philosophy at a well-known college where his charm and reputation have been his most popular subject. When a student named Joyce disappears, Evan's wife starts to suspect that he might be involved. Soon, the dishonest detective, Mallow, makes Birch the main suspect. Now Evan's problems have ceased to be just academic, but have become life and death problems.
