Boudica: Queen of War (2023)

During the Celtic era, the British Isles were inhabited by different nationalities who valued their freedom most of all. Among them stood out a particularly strong tribe that called itself Iceni. They were wisely ruled by the leader Prasutagus together with his wife Boudica, but the Romans wanted to seize these lands. They invaded Iceni territory, killing and burning out the local inhabitants. They managed to capture the leader along with family members. They were all killed, and only Boudica survived, miraculously, beaten and dishonored. The barbarians sheltered the woman and named her their ruler. The main character vowed that she would take revenge on her enemies and return the captured lands. Together with the faithful warrior Wolfgar, she unites all the tribes under her control and leads the Britons against the Roman conquerors.
