The Little Things (2021)

October 1990. Deputy Middle District Sheriff Joe Deacon, nicknamed Dickie, is sent on a small mission to Los Angeles. Here, five years ago, he was a respected detective, but an investigation ruined his life and undermined his health. Dickie meets an ambitious young colleague Jim Baxter, who is pursuing crimes that are suspiciously reminiscent of those that were unsolved five years ago. Dickie decides to stay on a business trip, this time to end the problem and realize the maniac at all costs.
