Haunted Mansion (2023)

The film focuses on single mother Gabby (Rosario Dawson), who moves to New Orleans with her nine-year-old son (Chase W. Dillon), hoping to start a new life there. The woman manages to purchase a historic mansion, which was surprisingly sold at a very modest price for such a luxurious home. Soon the heroine realizes what the catch was: the house turns out to be full of ghosts. To get rid of her otherworldly "neighbors," she hires a team of exorcists: a widowed ghost hunter whose "career" didn't work out (Lakeith Stanfield), a priest (Owen Wilson), a clairvoyant from the French Quarter (Tiffany Haddish) and an eccentric historian (Danny DeVito).
